1. Data controller
Argentcapitale S.A.S., with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Suite 802, C1043AAZ CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina (Tax ID 30-71847263-4), is the controller of the personal data collected through argentcapitale.com. This document describes what information we collect, why we collect it and which rights you can exercise over your data.
2. Legal framework
We act in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its complementary rules and the provisions issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). We also follow international good-practice standards applicable in 2026 on data governance.
3. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily share through the contact form (name, email address and message) and limited technical data generated during your browsing (session identifiers, device type, language). We neither request nor collect sensitive information.
4. Purposes of processing
We use your data to reply to your inquiry, send you additional general information, keep the site secure, comply with legal obligations and produce aggregated and anonymous analyses that help us improve the informational service.
5. Lawful basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent when you complete the form, on our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations.
6. Retention
We keep the data only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes described and, at most, for twenty-four (24) months from your last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
7. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share information with providers of technology and communication infrastructure acting as data processors, subject to confidentiality agreements and security measures equivalent to our own.
8. International transfers
When providers are located outside Argentina, we verify that they offer adequate levels of protection through standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by the applicable regulation.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure and objection by writing to contacto@argentcapitale.com. You may also file a claim with the AAIP if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulation.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, periodic reviews) to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
11. Minors
The service is not directed to persons under 18 years of age and we do not intentionally collect data from minors. If you detect a case of this kind, please contact us and we will proceed to erase the information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish the new version in this same section together with its effective date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
